The first phase is a bit like "Retail Operations 101," giving you the basics on running a business. Ever wonder what it takes to inspire and motivate a sales team? In phase two, you'll get real-world, hands-on experience. In the last phase, you'll put those new skills to work. It's you - in a real management role! Working in an actual VZW retail location!
After the RLDP, you'll be unstoppable - and totally prepared to lead a VZW retail store to real success! So what are you waiting for?

0-6 months
Spend your first six months in "Business Basics":
- Introduction to the retail environment
- Knowledge of inventory and logistics
- Understanding store operations
6-18 months
The next 12 months of "Sales Acceleration" will bring hands-on experience:
- Gain leadership skills and sales strategies
- Demonstrate equipment and network capabilities
- Gain insight into turn-key solutions to satisfy customers and more
18-24 months
With the basics under your belt, you're ready for the "Leadership Readiness" phase:
- Oversee, motivate and educate your own sales team to maximize their performance
- Monitor daily store results and meet merchandising requirements
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
