This Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Maine and Puerto Rico, 18 years of age or older as of the day on which they enter who are college students currently enrolled at one of the schools listed in Exhibit A. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Maine and Puerto Rico, outside the U.S. and where prohibited, or otherwise restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws.
The Verizon Wireless Campus Tour TXT2WIN® Promotion (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 7, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2009 (the "Promotion Period").
1. Promotion Overview: Entrants will have the opportunity to enter their school from a list of schools listed in Exhibits A via text or IVR for the opportunity to win a concert. The school with the highest percentage of participation from their student body wins the concert.
2. How To Enter: To enter the Promotion entrants must do one of the following:
VIA TXT: If you are a wireless service subscriber, during the Promotion Period, send the key word corresponding to your school as listed in Exhibit A as a text message using the text-messaging feature on your wireless phone to 41039. Once you send the text message your school will be automatically entered into the Promotion. All entrants must have a text messaging two-way capable handset and digital service in order to enter the Promotion using the text messaging method. You may be charged text messaging and data rates for messages sent and received from your handset according to the terms in your Calling Plan with your wireless carrier. Verizon Wireless charges are up to 20¢ per domestic text message sent and received. If you subscribe to a Verizon Wireless TXT Messaging plan, usage will be deducted from your plan's allowance; excess usage will be billed at 10¢ per text message sent and received. Verizon Wireless Prepaid subscribers are charged 10¢ per text message sent and received. Text Messaging and wireless service are not available in all areas. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any text message entry at any time that, in Sponsor's sole discretion, does not comply with these Official Rules.

You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, age, mobile telephone number ("MTN").

There is a limit of one entry per person regardless of method of entry. All entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 PM (ET) on December 31, 2009. All entries become the sole property of Verizon Wireless and Vibes Media, LLC (collectively, "Promotion Entities"), and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. Incomplete entries are void. Any individual who attempts or otherwise encourages, directly or indirectly, the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities, by wireless device, or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage, directly or indirectly, multiple or false entries, as determined by the Promotion Entities, will be disqualified. Lost, illegible, or incomplete entries will be deemed ineligible and disqualified. If you enter by text messaging, you must have a valid wireless mobile telephone number ("MTN") and account. In case of dispute as to identity of entrant, entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the submitted MTN or phone number. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a wireless telephone number/telephone number by a telephone company or wireless service provider that is responsible for assigning telephone numbers or wireless phone numbers for the telephone exchange associated with the submitted telephone number/wireless phone number as applicable. Promotion Entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, or damaged entries or for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in the Promotion.
If for any reason, (including infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond reasonable control of Promotion Entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of each Promotion), and the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Promotion Entities shall have the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion, and select the winning school from entries received prior to action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Promotion Entities. Promotion Entities reserve the right to prosecute any fraudulent entries to the fullest extent of the law.
3. Winner Selection/Notification: On or about February 2, 2010, Vibes Media, LLC will select the winning school ("Winner"). Taking the total number of eligible entries and measuring that number against the total number of the student body (undergraduate & graduate students combined) enrolled as of September 30, 2009 will determine the Winner. That number will be converted to a percentage. The campus with the highest percentage of participation wins the concert. Vibes Media, LLC ‘s decisions shall be final and binding, as the administrator of this Promotion. The Winner will be announced on facebook at www.facebook.com/verizonwirelesscareers. If the Winner does not accept the Prize after the notification is sent the school with the next highest percentage of eligible entries may be selected.
4. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize. Prize consists of a concert at winning school. Sponsor will solely determine concert artist, date and time.
The Winner will be offered the opportunity to have a concert featuring an artist chosen by the Sponsor perform at the winning school. The Sponsor will be responsible for hosting the concert and providing all administrative oversight of the concert (seating, security, venue insurance, concessions, if any, etc.). Concert is subject to artist's availability and Sponsor shall have no liability to Winner in the event of any rescheduling, postponement, or cancellation of the concert. Sponsor further reserves the right to substitute without liability a different artist in the event of the designated artist's unavailability or for any other reason. Winner agrees to accept prize "as is." Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash. Promotion Entities, in their discretion, may substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value for any reason. If the concert(s) date are cancelled or postponed, Sponsor has no obligation to Prize Winner. All students of the school and faculty will be able to attend the concert. Valid school or faculty identification will be required to attend the concert. In the event that the concert is not played due to weather, an act of God, threat or act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason, the Sponsor shall have no liability or further obligation to the Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the concert to any person who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the concert.
5. Eligibility: Promotion is open to legal residents of the U.S. excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Maine and Puerto Rico, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Vibes Media, LLC, Verizon Wireless, or any of their respective parent and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and any and all other companies associated with the Promotion and the immediate families (parent, siblings, children and spouse) and persons residing in the same household (whether related or not) of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, anywhere outside of the U.S., and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
6. General: By entering, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Promotion Entities, which shall be final and binding. By participating in the Promotion, entrants authorize Verizon Wireless to communicate by text message or via email address and to provide Vibes Media, LLC with their text messaging address and email address.
By accepting prize, Winner grants to Promotion Entities the right to use school's name, school representative's likeness, image, voice, hometown, and biographical information in advertising, trade and promotion, including on the Internet or via wireless application protocol, without further notice, compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. The Winner will be required to complete, sign and return a Publicity/Liability Release or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate school. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes (if any) and any other expenses and costs not expressly listed above. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to any Winner or potential Winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize the Prize as described herein.
Any personal information supplied by any entrant to Promotion Entities will be subject to Verizon Wireless' privacy policy posted at http://www22.verizon.com/privacy and terms of service posted at http://www.verizonwireless.com. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with this Promotion in any way shall be disqualified. The use of automated entry devices or any other conduct that impedes the integrity of the Promotion is prohibited. Promotion shall be construed only according to U.S laws. This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of laws provision.
7. Indemnification: By entering entrant agrees to release, hold harmless and indemnify Verizon Wireless and Vibes Media, LLC, (collectively "Promotion Entities") and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant's participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prize awarded in the promotion, including but not limited to any claims for damage to property, personal injury, death or claims based on defamation, rights of privacy, or rights of publicity. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. Promotion Entities are not responsible for omission of any college from the list of participating schools received by entrants. Promotion Entities are not responsible for printing errors in these Official Rules or any promotion materials.
8. Winner's Name and Official Rules: Official rules are available online at: www.vzwrldp.com.
